| Today i leave Del**,the things i dont think they can improve are:
o Stop Managements from throwing threats( warning letters), altitude & emotional to engineers.
o Make management rotate to engineers job as I feel that they need to relearn engineering skills given their ages. Engineers to rotate to management roles to learn management capability and plan their aspiration goals with superviors..
o Treat your people ( engineers) with respect and not as animal or robot who “obliged ”to instructions and directions.
o Engineers are often stress up by unrealistic expectation from management/ leader. The latter don’t share the real expectation from customer ends, often it is their wishful thoughts.
You have to take a 2nd thoughts when you want to work there. There are many old senior engineers there, high salary ( 5k to 8k) doing very high pride job as they think so. While the junior enginer think they are slow, old thoughts and less alert.

| Why do Singaporeans love their cars so much? whenever I go drinking, before I get into my car, I will pee onto the car nearby. I will pee onto the tyres, and into the cracks in the doors, hoping some will get into the seats. I like to pee onto the Subaru WRXs especially, ugly stupid car, make so much noise some more. My only regret is that whenever I drink a lot, my pee becomes clear like water and is no longer smelly. |

| Singaporeans are a bunch of stupid no life losers. Only know how to make work the entire week, and then waste their time and life away during weekends at some dingy disco or pub, singing forgettable, cringe worthy, Chinese/Cantonese songs. You can see these people speaking in Chinese & Hokkien in loud voices at pubs in Tanjong Pagar, Neil Rd, Selegie etc. Other than this, they have no noteworthy causes or hobbies or things they are passionate about. You listen to the conversations some of them have among themselves; no substance and so inane. Then again, so long as they are happy in their fool's paradise... |
